You+Love is a dating app for adults 18 and older, run by You+ LLC. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to everyone who uses You+Love, and to everything shared in the app.
Adults only
- Everyone must be 18 or older. Signup asks for a birth date, a selfie, and a photo of a government ID, and our team reviews them.
- Members only ever see people 18 and over.
- If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we remove it.
What’s never allowed
- Sharing, asking for, or making sexual images or videos of anyone under 18, including drawn, edited, or AI-made ones
- Sexualizing a minor in any way, in photos, prompts, messages, or calls
- Grooming, or any attempt to contact, meet, or exploit a minor
- Sextortion: threatening to share someone’s intimate images unless they send more or pay
- Trafficking, or any attempt to buy, sell, or trade a child
- Using You+Love to find or reach anyone under 18
How to report it
- In the app, tap the flag by their name, or hold a photo, prompt answer, or message, then choose Report and the reason Under 18. These reports are urgent, and our team reviews them first.
- By email, with or without an account: [email protected]. Please don’t attach or forward any image of a minor. Tell us where it is instead.
- If a child is in immediate danger, call 911.
- You can also report child sexual exploitation to NCMEC’s CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
What we do
- An urgent report hides the reported member from new people right away, until our team reviews it.
- We remove CSAM and anything that sexualizes a minor as soon as we find it, along with the account that shared it.
- We report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as US law requires, and work with law enforcement.
- We keep what we report for as long as the law requires.
- Someone we remove can’t sign up again with the same phone number or email address.
- Photos are checked automatically when they’re uploaded, and nude or sexually explicit ones are refused.
